Sherbet Pips Dress

I feel like I've made this dress a zillion times. I used to make quite a few each month back when I sold kids clothes at the markets and they were extremely popular.

This however, is the first I've made specifically for Adele and I've used the sweetest quilting cotton, from Sherbet Pips.
Look at those adorable little girls on swings!
This dress style is incredibly versatile, perfect in summer or winter. I fully lined this dress in co-ordinating pink fabric from the same range, mostly for a little extra warmth, but also so that I didn't have to change the thread on my overlocker.
This was one of the tricker photo shoots I've had recently with Adele, and had to resort to perching her on a side table to get her to stay still. Clearly, I really need to get a more vibrant backdrop for her photos.
