Things I know from my blogger dashboard
Thousands and thousands of people, mostly from North America, will be making a ruffle sunsuit with my tutorial. This is still, by far, my most popular post.

Hundreds and hundreds of people are considering making Simplicity 2250 - a super cool Cynthia Rowley frock. I think this is my most searched post for am item I've made for myself. I think I may try making it again later in the year.
For the Aussies, and those coming into winter, there's at least a few hundred looking at the Tova pattern. I have a new Tova planned, I'm just waiting for the postman to deliver.
So, that's what I know.

hello! I'm in the midst of making the simplicity 2250. So far all the pleats and darts are making my head spin! Any advice about the pattern and adjustments that would be worth making? My "muslin" is some extra fabric I had lying around, so it will be very wearable. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteAll I can suggest is take your time. I foiund the underlining and lining of the bodice to run short, so it may be wise to keep an eye on that too. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteSo many inspiring things (I can't wait to make the ruffle sunsuit this Summer). Thanks for an inspiring blog :)
ReplyDeleteOh so cool, check you out model & seamstress extraordinaire. Happy Mother's Day, yahoo.
ReplyDeleteLove that so many people are digging you, congratulations, your sewing is fantastic & i'd fancy a ruffle swim suit like that myself. Later gorgeous one, love Posie
Hi just wondered if the swimsuit pattern could be e-mailed to me. I am not a member of the Scribd.I would have to pay to join. I want to make this for my granddaughter. Thanks so much for your help. Wanda. Wanjns@aol.com
