Scruffy
She should have been born in the 80's. Can you just imagine that hair at a Guns n'Roses or Bon Jovi concert??
This is what she looks like after I've brushed her hair for the day. She won't allow hair ties and now, no hair clips too. So the mullet it is.

Love the Mullet! My little ones hair refuses to grow. She does wear the hair pretties... there just isn't much to stick them too!
