Crochet update.

I now have 100 completed, inner coloured medallions for this blanket. Next is joining them in white, which I probably won't start for a few weeks. I anticipate this will produce a cot size blanket, and that I'll need about 300 squares to make a decent couch blanket.

I thought I'd also brag a little about my new crochet hook. It's the mustard yellow one pictured above, a Clover Soft Touch. Even though I've been crocheting for years, I've always just used a regular metal hook, like the grey one. I've found these past few weeks, that my wrist has been aching after crocheting, so I invested in one of these and it's made such a difference. No pain - woo hoo! AND I purchased it on eBay for just $6.50 inc postage - bargain!
