I wasn't sold on the ginger colour when I began, but now I love it!
The only problem is it's a little difficult to accesorize with. I don't think red, grey or pink tights will go with it and they are the only colours I have.
I think this will come out for sunny day's only until the weather warms up a bit.
Ravely details are here.
Now I know that I said a few days ago that a knitting project would be next. Well, you know, I changed my mind. You see, I need to buy supplies to knit the cardigan including two sets of circle needles and yarn . I've been hunting through op-shops for a few weeks now and have not found what I need. Understandably, I really don't have time to hit the shops, so have begun another crochet dress for Adele, which I already have the supplies for, to tie me over until I get some shopping time.
The pleated pretty yoke dress with 4 ply Bendigo Cotton in Latte which I think will be lovely and light on a hot summers day...
Love the colour and the style, it is simply beautiful.
ReplyDeleteTurned out just as stunning as I knew it would! It's fabulous.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you need cream/off white tights. It is very cute, I wasn't sold on the colour at first but it does look cute now it's finished. Your work looks so professional!
ReplyDeleteThat dress is gorgeous as is your little girl!
ReplyDeleteMight actually work over skinny jeans? It's lovely.
