I have managed to steal a few moments during the week to rest, have a cup of tea, or just do something that I like. Without these short, precious, stolen moments, I'd surely go nuts.
Thankfully, we're at the end of the week and I'm hopeful next week will be better. My dog will hopefully come home early next week and *fingers crossed* my mother in law will hopefully be home toward the end of the week. My assignment is due on Tuesday and the kids, well, gosh they make me smile!
Yep, banging head with potty on top, against wall - very clever!

Oh honey bee, you sound a bit frazzled, the mental side of worrying about parents, your puppy & those 3 gorgeous children, it's full on. I just could never throw Uni in the mix post-children, my brain is used for other purposes now, like signing admin notes for high school - there are soooo many!! Love Posie
ReplyDeletePS yes, next week is a NEW week & spending special thoughts to your MIL & puppy (& bank balance once you pay for the vet bills!!)

Sorry to hear about your bad week, but just remember SIT is only a few weeks away and that should be a lot of fun. I am looking forward to meeting you then, and can I just say - Wow, I have just read a bit of your blog and your sewing is just amazing! I feel like a bit of a fraud calling myself a sewer when I see what you do, but you are inspiring at the same time and make me want to give clothes sewing a real shot! See you in 10 days!
ReplyDeleteWhat a dreadful week, I hope things get better for you soon.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you are having a tough time. Very stressful by the sound of things. When I have tough weeks, I find that taking part in these blog hops does help as makes you think about the good stuff.
